The Flemington-Raritan First Aid and Rescue Squad responded to the crash in the lot of Joanna Foods on Johanna Farms Road in Raritan Township just before 11:10 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 25, they said in a Saturday evening release. Pedestrian Killed On NJ Turnpike A pedestrian was struck and killed by a car on the NJ Turnpike in Mercer County Saturday, April 16, authorities said. The crash occurred on the northbound side of the highway in the outer roadway at milepost 68.4 in East Windsor around 12:25 p.m., New Jersey State Trooper Alejandro Goez said. The driver of the car that struck the victim remained on scene and was not injured while the pedestrian was pronounced dead, Goez said. The right two lanes were closed for accident investigation.

Pedestrian Seriously Injured By Car In Jersey City: Prosecutor A 67-year-old pedestrian was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle on John F. Kennedy Boulevard in Jersey City on Wednesday, Feb. 23, authorities said. The woman was crossing between two stopped vehicles at Montgomery Street when the rear vehicle accelerated and struck her around 1:50 p.m., Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
