Mugshot Released Of Murder Suspect In Shooting That Rattled NJ Town
The mugshot of a 34-year-old murder suspect arrested in a New Jersey shooting that rattled a small town has been released. Anthony Garvin, of Netcong, was charged with murder and possession of a firearm and lodged in the Berks County Jail in Leesport, PA, a spokesperson for the Warren County Prosecutor's Office said following the Thursday, June 28 incident. Secaucus Neighborhood Shelters In Place For FBI Investigation
Secaucus police ordered a local neighborhood to shelter in place for an FBI investigation. Initial and unconfirmed reports say only that law enforcement agents were called to Osprey Court due to a barricaded subject around 12:15 p.m. About an hour later, police told residents of Riverside Drive, Osprey Court, Mallard Place and Blue Heron Drive to shelter in place. A 15-year-old student at School No. 10 in Passaic was detained Friday on a delinquency complaint accusing him of making a social media threat against a local high school.
