Man Killed On Garden State Parkway Remembered As 'Kind-Hearted Gentle Person' Andres Felipe Valencia-Castano, an Englewood resident, was killed on the Garden State Parkway in Clifton on Sunday, Dec. 3 when he was struck by a vehicle while parked on the shoulder.
