Resident Killed In South Jersey Fire, First Of 3 Local Blazes In 24 Hours A fast-moving house fire killed a 61-year-old Burlington County man, authorities confirmed. Three other residents reportedly fled the flames, which responders said quickly engulfed the home and shot through the roof after igniting shortly before 5 p.m. Friday. The fire was the first of three in the area in less than 24 hours.
