Prosecutor IDs Man Killed In Bergen County Hit-Run Crash
Authorities have released the identity of the man killed in a hit-and-run crash in Bergen County on Friday night, Oct 11 — the county's second fatal hit-and-run accident a pedestrian in 24 hours. Paul Adams, whose last known address was in Wyckoff, was struck on Godwin Avenue near Witte Drive in Midland Park just before 7:10 p.m., Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said. He was taken from the scene to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center where he was ultimately pronounced dead. The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Fatal Accident Investigation Unit was notified and responded.…

Suspended Driver Arrested In Valentine's Day Nutley Hit-Run That Killed Paterson Man: Cops
An arrest has been made in a deadly hit-and-run crash that killed a 22-year-old Paterson man and injured another person. Dhkir Robinson, 42, is believed to have been behind the wheel of the vehicle that struck Winston Perlaza and a second victim Wednesday evening, Feb. 14 on Milton Avenue in Nutley, Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore Stephens, II and Nutley Police Chief Thomas Strumolo said. A college student from Burlington County who was seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash in Hawaii was cleared to make his big return home via medical chopper on Monday, Feb. 27. Christian DeCola, 19, of Maple Shade, was riding a moped for a food service delivery company when he was hit the night of Feb. 12, his mom, Valerie, tells 6abc. Funeral services have been said for a Rutgers University senior killed in a hit-and-run crash Thursday, Feb. 16. Visitation for Max Spivak, 21, of Old Bridge, will be Monday, Feb. 20 at the Freeman Manalapan Marlboro Funeral Home, beginning at 4 p.m. Services appear to be private. Ford Driver Suffers Medical Emergency Following Morris County Crash: State Police
A Ford driver suffered a medical emergency following a crash on Route 287 in Morris County, state police said. A Ford Fusion was struck by a tractor-trailer in the southbound lanes near milepost 30.8 in Harding just after 5:05 p.m. on Wednesday, July 6, NJSP Sgt. Philip Curry told DailyVoice.com. The tractor-trailer then left the scene, Curry said. The Ford driver was not hurt in the crash but suffered a brief medical emergency, police said. The driver refused treatment and drove away from the scene of the crash. Additional details were not released.
