Brother Of NFL Player, Native NJ Star Athlete Charged With Public Drunkenness A star athlete and New Jersey native pleaded guilty to a charge of public drunkenness from an incident that occurred on Oct. 16, according to court papers. Charges of burglary and carrying a false ID against Dominic G. Yorio, 20, of Summit, NJ, had been dropped, court papers show. Yorio pleaded guilty to public drunkenness and purchase of alcohol by a minor last month, according to court documents.
