A medical examiner who conducted the autopsy of Orsolya Gaal, 51, listed the wounds, according to multiple reports citing knowledgeable law enforcement sources. These include injuries to Gaal's carotid artery and trachea, as well as to her torso, left arm, fingers and palms, the New York Post reported.
