Francis "Frank" Tattoli, 30, won't be eligible for parole for nearly 48 years for the Christmastime 2016 slaying of Mone’t Thomas, 25, in the Summer Street apartment building where both lived. Francis "Frank" Tattoli, 30, was found guilty on Nov. 1 of murder, kidnapping and felony murder in the death of Monet Thomas, 25, in the apartment building where both lived. The jury also found him not guilty of possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. Deadlocked Jurors End Child Sex Assault Trial Of Upper Saddle River Business Owner The child sex assault trial of a former construction company owner from Upper Saddle River ended with jurors in Hackensack unable to reach a verdict. Bergen County prosecutors said they will seek a new trial against Louis Tantillo, 55, following the mistrial. The jury of eight men and four women began deliberating Tuesday morning. Early Wednesday, they told Superior Court Judge Robert M. Vinci they didn't think they could reach the required unanimous decision.
