A Wayne nursing home repeatedly hung up on a deaf woman when she tried to contact the facility using a telephone relay service. Atrium Post Acute Care must pay Nicole Perkins, 33, of Queens $2,500 to settle the case – and could pay a $10,000 fine to the state if it commits a new violation, Attorney General Gurbir S.
