Massage businesses would have to pay $250 a year to the borough for a license to operate, while massage practitioners employed at the parlors would pay $100 annually, according to the ordinance, the northjersey.com story said.
The proposal, which was scheduled for a public hearing at the Borough Council’s meeting Tuesday night, also would restrict three-story and multi-residential development containing more than four apartments to portions of Grand, Commercial and East Columbia avenues , said the northjersey.com story.
Neighbors were expected to attend the meeting to express their objections regarding the proposed ordinance, reported northjesrey.com.
