Lindenwold police officers responding to the call at 1:10 this morning said 35-year-old Danyl Fontanez told them there no longer was a problem.

When they tried to explain that they are required to check out the call, they said, she became combative — to the point that they had to arrest her.

They’d returned to the home when Fontanez slipped off the cuffs and made her way into the driver’s seat through the foot-square window, Detective Christopher Sherrer said.

Another cruiser chased her for a few minutes before Fontanez pulled over in nearby Cherry Hill, got out and began fighting again.

She was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of a cut on her chin.

The police vehicle wasn’t damaged.
