Touch-screen parking meters with cameras coming to Palisades Park

Palisades Park is bringing touch-screen parking meters to Broad Avenue that will allow credit card payments, displays ads and alerts in several languages and photograph license plates — generating tickets on the spot. They’ll also connect to police HQ for emergencies.
