See Springsteen and help the needy, thanks to David Burke

Celebrity chef David Burke is offering fans a special chance not only to buy tickets for Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band’s farewell bash for Giants Stadium next Wednesday night: He’s also staging a pre-show reception with “Bruce-inspired” food.

Burke, of Fort Lee, will host the special reception 90 minutes before the 8 p.m. scheduled start of the concert.

The proceeds will benefit Table to Table, a community-based food rescue program that collects prepared and perishable food from eateries and delivers it to organizations that feed the hungry in North Jersey.

The $300 ticket includes VIP parking, the pre-show reception and preferred seating in the Giants Stadium press lounge.

The Brooklyn-born, New Jersey-raised chef knows exactly what “the Boss” likes, having sent over takeout from his Rumson restaurant — although he’s not telling what some of those favorites are.
