Detectives from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and Fort Lee police who’d been watching them moved in on Sunday and arrested Joel Gomez-Peralta, along with Jose Pacheco-Delgado, also 31, and Ruben Navarro-Perez, 30, all of Philadelphia, as well as Victor Roman-Rivera, 31, of Kissimmee, FL, Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said Monday.

A judge ordered all four held on $50,000 bail each in the Bergen County Jail pending Sept. 21 arraignments on charges of having the drugs with the intent to sell them, Grewal said.
