Both were seized in Franklin County, GA, about an hour outside of Atlanta, the Port Authority's Joseph Pentangelo told Daily Voice early Monday afternoon.
"A silver revolver was also over recovered, with one spent shell casing, and a large knife," Pentangelo said. "Also recovered was marijuana and an ounce of suspected cocaine.
"It is believed these two acted in concert with the others," he said, adding that authorities in Georgia have filed felony charges against Dulce Santos Valenzuela, 21, of Atlanta, and Edgardo Navarez, 31, of Orlando, FL.
Port Authority stopped and arrested two men on the George Washington Bridge on Thursday after they said the pair kidnapped another man in Georgia and stabbed him in the leg.
Ismael Castejun-Guizar, 24, of Atlanta and Ricardo Coacio Reyes, 30, of Norcross, remained held on $2 million bail each in the Bergen County Jail. Both are charged with kidnapping, carjacking, aggravated assault, criminal restraint and weapons counts.
Sources told Daily Voice that the 39-year-old victim -- who was taken to Englewood Hospital and Medical Center after the GWB stop -- is the son of a former West New York police officer.
