Port Authority officers stopped the blue GMC Yukon around 12:30 p.m. Monday at the lower level toll plaza, the authority's Joseph Pentangelo told Daily Voice.
When 25-year-old John M. Woodley of Jersey City couldn't produce an E-ZPass transponder, they checked his records and found 54 violations, Pentangelo said.
Woodley, who was charged with theft of services, toll evasion and disobeying a sign, was released on a summons to appear in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack on May 26.
