Willow A. Martin, 19, didn't have a driver's license and smelled of burnt marijuana when officers approached her, the Port Authority's Joseph Pentangelo told Daily Voice.

She also tossed a small bag she pulled from her pocketbook on the back seat, he said.

It contained 10 envelopes of heroin and drug paraphernalia, Pentangelo said.

Officers found five counterfeit tens and the knife inside a car door and a cigarette pack with a burnt blunt on the floor.

They also found a metal container with 31 more envelopes of heroin and eight more bogus tens.

Martin was charged with drug possession and forgery.
