The Morningside Road resident reported the thefts on Oct. 2.

Paramus Detective Thomas Schroeder identified the workers who’d been there and, with the homeowners’ assistance, began interviewing them.

Earlier this week, he identified a suspect — 25-year-old Carlos Garcia (above) of Palisades Park, who reportedly told a co-worker about the thefts.

Garcia was arrested yesterday after being interviewed. He was later released on bail pending  a court appearance on a charge of third-degree theft.
