Both vehicles were headed toward New York City when the crash occurred at 5:45 a.m., the Port Authority's Joseph Pentangelo told Daily Voice.
The motorcyclist was taken to Hackensack University Medical Center with injuries to his left arm and back, Pentangelo said.
No summonses were issued, he said.
The Kenny Street ramp was closed for a little over a half-hour before being reopened at 6:20 a.m.
