Officers went to the 15th Street apartment at 5:30 and hear loud music coming from inside.

Both Roa and the unit’s co-owner,  Fhanor Dominguez-Sanchez, “were intoxicated and belligerent to the responding officers,” said Sgt. Kenneth Porino.

As one of the officers tried to identify a female guest, Conde-Roa, 29, “became loud and got in the way of the officer and began to push him,” Porrino said.

Known as a physical defender, Conde-Roa is coming off surgery to his left instep.

The backup center back from Colombia was arrested and charged with aggravated assault on a Police Officer. Police released him on his own recognizance pending a Municipal Court date, the sergeant said.

They issued a summons to Dominguez Sanchez for excessive noise, Porrino said.

Winners of three straight shutouts, the Red Bulls soccer team plays at Philadelphia tomorrow. Its next home game is May 23 against Chivas USA.
