GWB jumper body found, briefcase left behind

YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: New York City firefighters recovered the body of a man in a bright-orange track suit who jumped from the New Jersey side of the George Washington Bridge early this morning and took it to Ross Dock (above) in Fort Lee.

Police found a briefcase he’d left behind on the south walkway, Chris Valens, a Port Authority spokesman, told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.

Soon after, his body was found below and brought into an FDNY boat.
