FORT LEE, N.J. – Got unused drugs? If they're unused or expired prescription medication, the Fort Lee Police Department wants to help you get rid of them.
The police department is collecting unused prescription drugs in support of the National Take Back Initiative. Police are asking residents to "take a visible stand against drugs" by making sure they are properly disposed of. The medication will be collected Saturday, Sept. 26 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Police will be on hand to assist with the disposal. No questions will be asked.
