Alisha Leon of Highland Falls, N.Y., was being held on $50,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail, charged with two counts of child endangerment.

Fort Lee police also notified the state Division of Child Protection and
Permanency, Bendul said.

No one was injured in Friday’s 11:30 a.m. crash, he said.

A relative picked up the youngsters.

“While being treated at the hospital, it was believed that she maybe under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance and a toxicology test was requested,” the chief said. “Leon presented indications that she was under the influence of marijuana.”
