Narcotics Detectives TJ Cullen and Bryan Drumgoole spotted the hand-to-hand sales in the parking garage of 2001 Hudson Terrace yesterday, Capt. Stephen Gallagher said tonight.

They quickly focused on 28-year-old Richard S. Choi and obtained a search warrant for his apartment, the captain said.

Members of the Anti-Crime/Narcotics Bureau, General Investigation Bureau, and Emergency Service Unit then discovered the drugs and weapons and arrested Choi during a search earlier today, he said.

Choi was being held on $50,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail, charged with distributing marijuana, doing so within 500 feet of a park, distributing 70 Adderall pills and possessing 10 Ritalin pills, drug paraphernalia and the weapons.
