Family members said haven’t heard from 40-year-old Arthur Pellerano Jr. since Nov. 20, said his father, who reported his son missing with Edgewater police yesterday.

“It’s not like him not to talk to my ex-wife,” Arthur Pellerano Jr. told CLIFFVIEW PILOT this morning. “He has two cellphones and a landline somewhere in Cliffside Park, and his isn’t answering any of them.”

The younger Pellerano lived in his 60-year-old father for seven years until about a year ago, when they had a falling out after he’d given some friends keys.

They’d remained in touch, however.

“He was doing car service,” the elder Pellerano said. “I have my business (Arty’s Limo Service) in Edgewater. He was talking to me about working together, where he could take care of New York and I could take care of New Jersey.

“I never heard back from him,” he said.

“The last time his mother saw him was Nov. 20. She’s worried sick,” Arthur Pellerano Sr. said.

“You need to contact me you are making me worry,” Susan Gregory Meyer posted on her son’s Facebook page 10 days ago. “It isn’t nice to make your mother worry!”

Pellerano has kept his LinkedIn page updated through early this month, and on Dec. 6 a post appeared on a blog for a foundation that he calls the Christine Gloria Project.

“Check out our petition to have
NYPD investigated
by the United States Marshals.
As New York City is the seat of the United Nations…,” the blog post says, in part.

Without elaborating, the post touts the Christine Gloria Project as helping to prepare citizens for a global government by rooting out corruption.

“Some would say [a global government] already exists, and in many ways it absolutely does,” the post says. “Organizations like the World Court and World Bank and World Trade Organization already enforce law and jurisdiction over many of the sovereign governments in the world.

“Some have less than honorable intentions but generally it is with the greatest of intentions that this movement operates.

“The problem is this, we are not subjects,” it adds. “We are citizens and any government that serves us gets its authority from us. For a global government to be consitutional at all it must get its authority from us and not inflict its dominance over us.

“We are citizens of a free nation and will not be subjugated to laws that do not reflect or worse act in direct conflict with the rights and protections our constitution and form of government provide.

“Civilians when well organized and properly prepared make the best defense against tyranny and oppression. The means and the ends being one and the same,” the post continues. “The State of the Union must at all times be of, by and for the people.

“It is incumbent upon everyone in America today that we should face [the] future with optimism, awareness, and involvement, protecting for our children and our grand children and so on, the liberty, justice and sovereignty we ourselves have been watching as of late seem to fade away.

“We need to whip our house into shape. No United States means No Bill of Rights. They might have left that part out of the UN pamphlet.

The Christine Gloria Project, it says, aims to “replace the corrupted players with those of integrity necessary for a job well done. investigating, locating and correcting any and all existing internal system weaknesses and threats. If America needs Fixin. Then not us who? not now when?”

“He’s always been a tough one,” Arthur Pellerano Sr. told CLIFFVIEW PILOT. “I don’t know why he has to do all this stuff.”

For his part, 40-year-old “Arty Jr.” has boasted of a “range of experience both in depth and breadth,” which is LinkedIn profile said includes 18 years in construction a decade in “flea market retail,” and experience with property tax deeds, liens and private notes.

The Palisades Park Jr./Sr High School graduate was a volunteer with the Edgewater Fire Department for eight years and four months, according to the profile

“EVFD is my volunteer home where my community family works together in protecting the front line at home,” it says.

For six years before that, he was a secretary/firefighter for the Cliffside Park Fire Department, it says.

This included “blueprints, structural & interior design….Coordination and interpersonal relationships w/ clients, management, supply line, contractors, trade unions, prevailing wage, and onsite client personnel in both secured and fully operational locations….Framing, sheetrock, taping, cabinetry, trim, and customization….Handling of and installation of high end office furniture and modular systems….Pulling receiving and transportation of orders onsite and in warehouse,” the LinkedIn profile says.

It also says he was a self-employed home contractor for three years and did estate sales, including a “56-story corporate housing project for Tischman in NYC.”

“[W]hat I provide is a very [relevant] perspective on the state of our nation and the potential directions we are facing in the near and long term,” Pellerano wrote, noting that he created Christine Gloria in April 2011.

His description of the foundation is non-specific:

“Vision—serve as means for economic vitality, financial wellbeing and improved quality of life for the world’s cultures and societies, in complete respect for governing authority, cultural & religious doctrine, rituals and customs.

“Values—find solutions, provide the foundation, avail the means, protect the way and success will follow.”

Pellerano worked as an indpendent agent with WFG World Financial Group in 2008, following eight years with All Systems Go Inc., for which he “managed projects from start to finish, including planning and oversight,” the LinkedIn profile says.
