The resident told police that she found him in her home — directly across Anderson Avenue from police headquarters — just before noon Monday, Deputy Police Chief Martin Kahn told CLIFFVIEW PILOT this afternoon.

He was described as white, light-skinned, English-speaking but possibly Hispanic, in his early-to-mid-20s, about 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-8 and 140 to 150 pounds.

He was wearing a black hoodie, over which he had a gray jacket with an insignia on the rear right shoulder (possibly The North Face).

“Any assistance from the public or anyone with knowledge [of the incident] would be appreciated,” Kahn said.
