Fairview pallet fire put down

ONLY ON CVP: A 10-foot-high section of pallets burned at a Fairview business tonight, sending a smoke column visible from as far as Teterboro Airport and beyond.

The 100-by-50-foot section of pallets burned at a household and commercial storage company on Fairview Avenue, drawing firefighters from Fairview, Cliffside Park and Fort Lee, among others.

No immediate injuries were reported and no damage was reported to the building.
