CORRECTION: On March 26, 2013, an article titled “Head of Madison Avenue investment firm charged in Fort Lee rush-hour DWI” erroneously identified Thomas M. Fitzgerald of Longbow Capital Partners as the individual who was arrested.

This article was inaccurate in a number of respects, including the fact that Mr. Fitzgerald was arrested. Mr. Fitzgerald was not the individual arrested in connection with this incident.
