SERGEANTS
Michael Ferraro is a 9-year veteran of the Fort Lee Police Department. He is finishing his Bachelor’s degree at Montclair State University. He is a member of the Honor Guard. This year he completed his training in crime mapping and analysis as part of the department’s efforts to transition to Data Led Policing. His badge was pinned on by his father, retired Fort Lee Police Captain Stephen Ferraro.
Cory Horton is a 13-year veteran of the Fort Lee Police Department. He attended Bergen Community College and John Jay College of Criminal Justice. He is a team leader with the Emergency Services Unit. He was a K9 handler before being assigned to the Detective Bureau. He has been recognized 10 times by the Fort Lee Police Merit Board, in addition to numerous investigative awards from state and federal agencies. His badge was pinned on him by his father, retired Port Authority Police Officer Michael Horton.
Frank Pantaleo is a 19-year veteran of the Fort Lee Police Department. He is a U.S. Marine Corps combat veteran who was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal. He is a hostage negotiator with the Emergency Services Unit. He was a motorcycle officer in the Traffic Bureau before being assigned to the Detective Bureau. He has been recognized seven times by the Fort Lee Police Merit Board. He is the delegate for Fort Lee PBA Local #245. His badge was pinned on by his wife, Lisa.
Mark Radoian is a 9-year veteran of the Fort Lee Police Department. He is a volunteer firefighter with Fort Lee Fire Department Palisades Company #4. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Rhode Island. Prior to being hired in Fort Lee he was a Juvenile Justice Commission correctional cfficer and a correctional officer with the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office. He is a member of the Emergency Services Unit, the Motorcycle Unit, and the Traffic Bureau’s Accident Investigation Unit. He has been recognized 4 times by the Fort Lee Police Merit Board. His badge was pinned on by his father, retired Port Authority Police Officer John Richard Radoian.

DETECTIVES
Dennis Pothos has been a Fort Lee Police Officer for 11 years. He is a volunteer fireman with Fort Lee Fire Department Rescue Company #2. He is a member of the Motorcycle Unit and is a field training officer. He has been recognized 10 times by the Fort Lee Police Merit Board. He was recently assigned to the Northern New Jersey Heroin Initiative Task Force.
Bryan Drumgoole has been a Fort Lee Police Officer for 9 years. He is a first lieutenant with the Fort Lee Fire Department Hook & Ladder Co. #3.. He has been recognized three times by the Fort Lee Police Merit Board. He was recently assigned to the Northern New Jersey Heroin Initiative Task Force.
Thomas Keelen has been a Fort Lee Police Officer for 7 years, with 16 years of prior law enforcement experience. He is a member of the Emergency Service Unit and the Honor Guard. He is a field training Officer. He has been recognized by the Fort Lee Police Merit Board twice and by Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) New Jersey.
