"Injuries reportedly were all minor," the Port Authority's Joseph Pentangelo told Daily Voice after the 2:40 p.m. crash, which forced authority police to re-route motorists to the upper level -- in some instances by turning them around.

One lower-level eastbound lane was reopened 20 minutes after the crash, Pentangelo said. All were open by 3:55 p.m., he said.
