Born in Italy, Panebianco worked as a cabinet-maker in Hoboken when he came to the United States.
He is survived by his son, John Panebianco and his wife Maria; grandson Vincent Panebianco; and friends and family in the U.S. and Italy. He was predeceased by his wife, Tommasina (DePaola) Panebianco.
Visiting hours will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 16, at A.K. Macagna Funeral Home, 495 Anderson Ave., in Cliffside Park. The funeral is from the funeral home at 8 a.m. on Thursday, thence to a 9:30 a.m. mass at Our Lady of Grace Church in Fairview. Entombment will follow at Fairview Mausoleum, in Fairview.
