PALISADES PARK, N.J. – Charles R. Kroncke, a resident of Palisades Park, died Thursday, June 23. He was 93.
He was an investigator for the New Jersery Alcoholic Beverage Control for more than 30 years. After retiring, he worked for the Bergen County Records department. He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran.
He is survived by his children, Barbara Hess and her husband Richard and William Kroncke; brother Herbert Kroncke; grandchildren, Tara Houghton, Amy Eastcroft and her husband John, David Hess and his wife Kelsey, and Laura Hess; and great-granddaughter, Lillian Hess.
He was predeceased by his wife, Beatrice Kroncke; and his brother, John.
