Fort Lee Native Among First To Be Named Yeshiva University Hall Of Famer

FORT LEE, N.J. —  Herbert Schlussel of Fort Lee was recently among the first to be inducted into Yeshiva University's Athletics Hall of Fame.

Schlussel was a member of the university's basketball team from 1953­ to 1957, and served as captain during the 1956-1957 season. 

Over his four-year career, Yeshiva basketball posted an impressive 51-29 record. To this date, that record still stands as one of the best career win-loss records in YU Basketball history.
