Ridgewood's Bagelicious Ranks Among Top DVlicious Contest Contenders

RIDGEWOOD, N.J. -- It’s impossible to live here and not have a bagel opinion. The New York area, as everyone knows, is the bagel capital of the world. And yes, it’s worth waiting in line on a Sunday morning to get one of these doughy wonders fresh out of the oven. Toasting, as a bagel purist knows, is not necessary when you buy the very best.

What Makes Them Bagelicious: It’s more than a sense of familiarity that brings customers back time and time again to Bagelicious in Ridgewood over the last three plus decades; it’s the good food and the exceptional service, they say. Oh, yes, and its “everything” bagel generously mortared with veggie cream cheese and the “Californian,” a plain bagel smeared with cream cheese, sprouts, avocado, and red onions, don’t hurt either.

Crazy Flavors: Nothing outrageous but among the options you'll find is blueberry and rainbow.
