All proceeds from the 4 p.m. event at the American Legion Hall will go to support the club’s Weekend Snack Pack, which provide nutritious snacks over the weekend for children who qualify for free or subsidized lunch at school.
The local tradition, being the 17th Annual Oktoberfest celebration, will be rain or shine and feature brats, burgers, chicken schnitzel and other goodies.
Beer on tap will include Hofbräu Original, Hofbräu Oktoberfest, Cricket Hill Fall Festivus Ale along with a light beer and a locally brewed dark beer.
