The lower level of the country's busiest bridge shuts down just before the stroke of midnight Saturday. The upper level will remain open, authorities said.

Participants can run or walk one of two courses -- one a 5k and the other a 10k.

The 5k sets off at 7:45 a.m. and the 10k at 8:15 a.m., both from the Port Authority parking lot at 220 Bruce Reynolds Drive just off Lemoine Avenue.

Shuttle buses to and from area parking lots will be available.

A Finish Line Musric party -- with live music, performers, educational information and children's activities -- is planned after the race at Ross Dock.
