FAIR LAWN, N.J. — After three fender benders and pushing a tractor up a hill, Fair Lawn Police Officers Rob Manning and Steve Buskiewicz refueled at the Land & Sea Diner on a snowy Saturday afternoon.

The officers — the only customers in the diner at the time — enjoyed wraps and french fries before returning to duty.
