A 20-year-old man was arrested and charged on Thursday, Oct. 10 after he ran off with a 15-year-old girl in Guttenberg, authorities said. Nineteen retailers across New Jersey are facing $4,500 after an investigation found they'd been selling flavored vape products banned in the Garden State, the NJ Attorney General's Office said.
