Fair Lawn Police Department Promotes Six Longtime Officers Fair Lawn police toasted the promotion of six police officers Tuesday night. "These promotions are the future leaders of our department," Chief Glen Cauwels said.  "I am sure they're up to the task." Sergeant Peter Yuskaitis has been with the department more 18 years.
