'Slow-Moving' Pothole Repairs Jam Parkway In Paramus A "slow-moving" pothole repair operation is expected to cause delays on the Garden State Parkway in Bergen County Thursday, Feb. 15, the state's transportation department said. The operation was underway in Paramus on the northbound side of the Parkway, near Exit 160, as of 10:30 a.m. Traffic cameras showed bumper-to-bumper backups.
