Clifton PD: Nutley Police Nab Teen Who Mugged Cabbie Outside Route 3 Hotel Nutley police captured a 17-year-old delinquent who was wearing a monitoring bracelet when he mugged a cab driver in the parking lot of a Clifton hotel, authorities said Monday. The driver told police he tried retrieving his wallet after the robber snatched it in the parking lot of the La Quinta Inn & Suites on eastbound Route 3 while requesting a ride to Newark around 9:30 p.m. Sunday, Detective Lt.
