Man Asked To Stop Smoking Threatens To 'Shoot Up The Hospital,' Police In NJ Say A 47-year-old Brooklyn, NY man is facing charges out of Hudson County for an incident that unfolded when he was asked to stop smoking at a hospital, police said. Josh Garner was approached by a security guard at Hudson Regional Hospital at 55 Meadowlands Parkway in Secaucus around 9:20 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 16. "Mr. Garner was smoking a cigarette, which is not permitted on the hospital grounds," Secaucus Police Chief Dennis Miller said.
