A horse trainer previously disciplined for horse doping is being accused of doing it again in a lawsuit by a bettor who lost $32,000 at the Meadowlands Racetrack, NJ.com reports. Jefferey Tretter of Illinois is suing trainer Robert Bresnahan, Jr. and owner J.L. Sadowsky LLC for doping, racketeering and fraud after blood samples from the winning horse came back positive for a banned blood-builder, the article says.
