A repeat offender who hopped into a waiting Uber after snatching a man's wallet from the bar at a Paramus restaurant was already using the victim's credit cards as police interviewed him, authorities said. Nordstrom has announced it plans to close 16 of its luxury department stores as it makes adjustments to its business model amid the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. ** UPDATE: The Nordstrom store in Freehold will be closing.
