State Revokes License Of Clifton Special Ed Teacher Guilty Of Manslaughter PASSAIC COUNTY, N.J. -- A special education teacher from Passaic County had her teaching licenses revoked after pleading guilty to charges of manslaughter. At its meeting in April 2017, the State Board of Examiners (Board) reviewed information received from the Criminal History Review Unit (CHRU) and the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office (PCPO) regarding Andrea Consales.  In 2015, Consales plead guilty to manslaughter committed recklessly and in 2017, was sentenced to six years in prison, three years of parole supervision upon release and ordered to have no contact with the victim’s family…
