: Drowning Baby Pulled From Backyard Paramus Pool Transferred To Mount Sinai
UPDATE: A 1-year-old boy was clinging to life after his mother pulled him from their backyard pool in Paramus, authorities said. Officers rushed to an emergency call at the Beechwood Drive home shortly before 7 p.m. Monday and found the woman conducting CPR, responders said. The officers took over the life-saving measure for about 20 minutes, they said. UPDATE: A 7-year-old Newark girl had been reported missing before she was found drowned over the weekend in a backyard Teaneck pool that its owners rent out for parties, authorities said. Young Child Airlifted To Hospital After Near-Drowning In Bergen Backyard Pool
A young child was airlifted to Hackensack University Medical Center after nearly drowning in a backyard pool in Mahwah late Wednesday afternoon. The boy, 3, was breathing on his own but unconscious when first responders arrived at the Wyckoff Avenue home near the Ramsey border. Englewood Girl, 11, Injured In SUV Accident
An 11-year-old Englewood girl was hospitalized following a vehicle accident Wednesday morning, authorities said. The child ran into the street and into the side of a passing Honda CRV on Durie Avenue near Tenafly Road around 8 a.m., Police Lt. Fred Pulice said.
