Accused Glen Rock DPW Vehicle Thief Charged In Car Burglary Released Again A Glen Rock man who was freed to await trial after borough police charged him with stealing two DPW vehicles and burglarizing a house was arrested for breaking into cars -- after which a judge let him go once again.
