No major accidents were reported during the morning rush.
One driver escaped injury after losing control of her maid service vehicle, which crashed through a fence on Ridgewood Water property at the Route 208 northbound exit ramp to De Boer Drive in Glen Rock around 7:30 a.m. The exit ramp was closed for an hour or so while the Toyota Corolla was removed by flatbed tow truck.
Two cars collided on Piermont Avenue and Broadway in Hillsdale, causing heavy damage to the front ends of both, just before 10 a.m.
