New Fair Lawn Police Officer Joins Ranks
FAIR LAWN, N.J. -- New Fair Lawn Police Officer Thomas Spear completed his training at the Passaic County Police Academy and graduated during a ceremony Monday night at the Passaic County Technical Institute.
