Saran Holmes, 40, was taken there with a severe head injury after the 9:40 p.m. crash at Grunauer Place and Ward Street, Detective Sgt. Tom Metzler told CLIFFVIEW PILOT this morning.
Holmes apparently was test-driving the cycle for a female relative who lives in the neighborhood.
He was issued summonses for not having a motorcycle endorsement, not wearing a helmet, reckless driving and related offenses, Metzler said.
